  11. We are developing a software package using Borland C++ 4.5.

  13. The Windows application works ok when operated from the Integrated Development 
  14. Environment.
  15.  
  16. When the .exe file is executed stand-alone, the dialog boxes refuse to open.  
  17. Exception #32746 is referred to.
  18.  
  19. Is there a configuration setting that we are missing that would cause a problem
  20. for stand-alone execution and not for IDE execution?
